When you purchase your voucher, you will receive a confirmation email with voucher attached. This will be sent to the email address you used at the point of purchase.

When you have received your voucher code, you must book your visit in advance.
HOW TO BOOK
Please visit www.flamingoland.co.uk and select the date and arrival time of your visit.
Select the FAMILY TICKET option, and then at checkout, enter your unique 16-digit code.
You will then receive your flamingo land e-tickets which can be printed out or shown on your device.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- This voucher expires on 3rd November 2024 and cannot be extended for any reason.
- Entry to Flamingo Land cannot be gained by presentation of the Jorvik Radio voucher – pre booking online must be made.
- Jorvik Radio will not issue refunds if the purchaser is unable to use the ticket on the date vouchers are booked for.
- The voucher can’t be exchanged for cash.
- No change will be given.
- Duplicates will not be accepted.
- One voucher per transaction for four admissions.
- This promotion cannot be used in association with any other discount admission offer.
- This voucher is not for resale and has a face value £0.00001p.
